Our Presenters

Jeffrey Ball, Esq.

Jeffrey Ball, Esq., is an experienced attorney with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law, specializing employment law and indigent defense throughout his public sector career in Idaho and New Mexico.

In 2021 Jeff left the public sector and started Management Southwest, LLC. with the mission of providing critical employment law resources to businesses of all sizes.

Extensive Legal Background: Practiced as a Public Defender, currently licensed in New Mexico and Idaho, with a strong focus on indigent defense and access to legal services.

Nonprofit Leadership: Founder and Executive Director of Guided Opportunities, Inc., driving positive community change in Honduras through educational projects.

Expert Speaker and Trainer: Known for his captivating presentations, Jeff conducts professional trainings that are informative, interactive, and adapted to both virtual and in-person formats.
