This section will address many practices that are placing your company in violation of the EPA, including: o Allowing counteroffers or negotiated wages and benefits o Severance packages o Management discretion in granting bonuses and raises o Not having strict mandatory and preferred qualifications in the job description o No salary ranges o Illegal application or interview inquiries regarding wages o Failing to conduct an internal audit for gender pay equity NOTICE: Once the course has started the attendee will have 24 Hours to complete the course. After 24 hours the Attendee will no longer have access to the recording or the materials.
